Is IFS closed?

IFS is currently open at this time. We remain focused on the health and safety of our employees and our communities, as well as our commitment to you, our customers to provide uninterrupted service. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and in an effort to observe social distancing practices, we have limited the number of phone agents in our servicing centers. Hold times may be longer than usual. We are here to answer your questions and to assist you in any way we can.

General Customer Account Questions:

  • Will I be charged a late fee?
  • Will I be penalized for my payment being late?
  • My vehicle is financed, will I be charged interest?
  • My employer being shut down caused my payment to be delinquent, will this affect my credit?
